Now, three months after that, it appears that we have a first look at the specifications of the device.
According to a tweet by tipster Mukul Sharma, a listing of an alleged handset — named Reliance Orbic — has been spotted on Google Play Store.

The screenshot shows that the handset sports the model name RC545L and will run on Android 10 operation system out of the box. Specs wise, the handset is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon QM215, an SoC made for Android Go smartphones. As for the display, the device is said to offer HD+ screen with 720×1440p resolution.
While right now there is no word on the launch of the device, the announcement is expected to happen soon.
Just last month, a Bloomberg report — that cited people who are familiar with the matter — suggested that the company is working on launching low-cost phones with Jio branding.
As per the report, these handsets are likely to be priced under Rs 4,000 and the telco has asked local suppliers to increase their production capacity to make approximately 200 million units in the span of next two years.
